Christopher H. Hebb will examine the history leading to the Vietnam War, the trapping of America and the
leaders who took the country into the War.
Mr. Hebb is past president of the Sir Winston Churchill Society of British Columbia, having served 22 years. He
was the Chairman and organizer of the International Churchill Conference held in Vancouver, B.C. in 2007. Mr.
Hebb was a director and Treasurer of the International Churchill Society based in Washington, D.C. (2003-2008).
Mr. Hebb is a former director and member of the Executive Committee of the World Affairs Council of the Desert based in Rancho Mirage, California, having served six years in that capacity. He continues as a member of the Program Committee. Mr. Hebb was a member of the Steering Committee of the Canadian American Business Council for its 2008 Annual Conference held in Vancouver. The CABC is the voice of business dedicated to elevating the private sector perspective on issues that affect Canada and the United States with a focus on practical trade and policy
challenges.
Christopher holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. (History) from the University of Alberta and
is a former Member of the Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Hebb’s career includes experience
in the metallurgical coal, oil and gas, steel manufacturing, steel fabrication, food and consumer products, real
estate management and diamond exploration businesses.
