While Russia and China make bold moves to gain military and geopolitical advantage in the Arctic, the U.S. and Canadian navies struggle to reorient themselves to the growing and very real threats coming from the region.
We welcome back Dr. Jim Boutilier, expert on Naval Warfare and the Arctic. Dr. Boutilier has addressed the developing threats from the Arctic at the NATO Defense College, among others, on a regular basis and will help us ascertain if there exists a serious threat to the United States and Canada.
